About Me

Bama Cheryl
I'm a card carrying baby boomer, remember Ike as president, know where I was when JFK was shot and when Neil Armstrong walked on the moon. While I have accumulated more than five decades of living, I don't plan to grow up and begin acting my age any time soon. I'm married to my husband John (often called Johnnie), have two grown daughters and two beautiful granddaughters who effectively rule our lives. And they know it very well. Our oldest granddaughter, who is now four, called me Bama when she began talking (grandpa is Bampa) and I thought it was adorable. Now I'm gwama but I loved being Bama.
